Most frequent questions and answers
There’s more caffeine in a filter coffee than in an espresso. The longer your coffee is in contact with water, the more caffeine it will retain. Do not confuse an espresso’s strength with its caffeine content! Its powerful taste comes from the coffee oils (the espresso’s crema).
Yes, we are open to the public 7 days a a week. We also feature great hot and cold coffee drinks, hot teas, iced teas, breakfast sandwiches and delicious smoothies.
Yes, we have Wi-Fi and it is free. Members just get preferred access (it’s faster).
As coffee is perishable, we unfortunately don’t accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there are any errors with your order or your coffee, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help.
We recommend storing coffee in a cool, dark place. Whole bean coffee can be stored in our bags, which have a one-way gas valve and a zipper for freshness. Ground coffee should always be stored in an airtight container. We don’t recommend refrigerating or freezing coffee.
